ABOUT THE ITEMS

  1. Currently, we do NOT offer engraving.
  2. The embroidery items (Arcs and Arc with Name) are for the Polo Shirts and Sweat Shirts. They ARE NOT sold individually.
  3. If you DO NOT want the arc not to say WIFE indicate Mom, Dad, Husband in the comment block at the bottom of the form.
  4. The cross stitch patterns are leaflet instructions ONLY.

GENERAL

  1. We do NOT accept personal checks - Please select Cashiers Check / Money Order. There is a $35.00 returned check fee on company checks returned from our bank as "INSUFFICIENT FUNDS". The returned checks, once returned to us, are turned over IMMEDIATELY to a collection agency for remittance of the amount due and the return check fee.

CREDIT CARDS

  1. We do NOT see, store, or otherwise acquire your credit card information. Once you have entered that information it is sent (via 128 bit encryption) to Verisign (our credit card clearing center) and either approved or declined. The only thing we see is 12 X's and the last 4 digits with the expiration date.
  2. Your credit card will be charged at the time of purchase for the FULL AMOUNT. We do NOT have the capability of charging partial amounts of an order.
  3. Should we have to do partial shipments - you WILL NOT be charged any additional shipping.
  4. If required a refund will be issued via company check in US funds for any portion of your order that we can not fill after we exhaust all available suppliers.

SHIPPING

  • UPS NEXT DAY or 2nd DAY Orders received after 11:00 pm Pacific Time will be shipped the next BUSINESS day.
  • Orders received after 12:00 pm Pacific Time will be processed the following BUSINESS day. We do not ship on Saturday or Sunday.
  • If you have choose Check / Money Order -- NO ORDERS WILL BE SHIPPED WITHOUT PAYMENT RECEIVED.
  • FPO / APO ORDERS CAN ONLY BE SHIPPED PRIORITY MAIL! WE WILL NOT SHIP WITHOUT PAYMENT OF SHIPPING CHARGES.
  • HAWAII and ALASKA - UPS delivery can ONLY be 2nd day or Next Day delivery. PLEASE USE Priority Mail.
  • SHIPPING COSTS ARE NOT REFUNDABLE.
  • RETURNS
    1. Returns REQUIRE a RMA number which you can get issued here.
    2. The item(s) must be returned in a resellable condition (unless damaged in shipment.)
    3. Only the purchase price will be refunded.
    4. Refunds are issued by company check within 7 to 10 days of the receipt of the return.
    5. Refund checks are made in US FUNDS .
