A certificate for those that are proud of the fact that they are a "Military Brat". Regardless, of whether they were a "PAD Brat" or a "Scalie Brat".
"Military Brat" is a term for a person whose parent or parents have served full-time in the armed forces during the person's childhood. While the word "brat" used alone may be derogatory to some - to others it identifies them as a special unique group that are proud of their heritage and consider it be a term of endearment. After all, everyone was a kid - not everyone was a a military kid facing it's challenges nor it's rewards.
