User Guidelines
As the user on this website you can create the account and use your profile from your social network accounts. Once you create your account you will be able to shop faster, be up to date on an orders status and keep track of the orders you have previously made.
You can find an item on the website using the search tool -OR- by category. You will be able to sort the items alphabetically or by price You can also set up how many items you want to view at a time.
Credit Card Proceis
Purchasing process is simple and straight forward. While purchasing an item you can add it to “My wish list”, add an item to cart, proceed to checkout, fill in the required details there and choose different payment methods including Credit and Debit Cards. NO credit card data is seen by or stored by MilitaryWives.com. Neither does MilitaryWives.com have direct access to it.
After placing the order you will be notified about it via email. Each time the status of your order is changed you will be notified about it via email as well.
Finally we take your security on this website very seriously. All your personal information will be securely stored and under no circumstances will be shared with anyone.
Shipping & Returns
SHIPPING
- Your order will shipped via the selected shipment method. Once processed, you will be sent the SHIPPER's tracking number (except for First Class) from us for that carrier. This is an indication that your order is NO LONGER controlled by us.
- UPS NEXT DAY or 2nd DAY Orders received after 10:30 am Pacific Time will be shipped the next BUSINESS day. We do not ship on Saturday or Sunday.
- U.S. POSTAL MAIL Orders (Priority, Ground Advantage, First Class) received after 10:30 am Pacific Time will be processed the following BUSINESS day. We do not ship on Saturday or Sunday.
- Once your order has been turned over to the selected Shipper, we have NO CONTROL of the shipment.
- FPO / APO ORDERS CAN ONLY BE SHIPPED PRIORITY MAIL! WE WILL NOT SHIP WITHOUT PAYMENT OF SHIPPING CHARGES.
- HAWAII and ALASKA - UPS delivery can ONLY be 2nd day or Next Day delivery. PLEASE USE Priority Mail.
- SHIPPING COSTS ARE NOT REFUNDABLE.
- Import Duties and/or Customs Duties are the responsibility of the recipient. These amounts vary and are NOT included with the shipping costs nor the amount of the goods purchased.
- Although it is with regret, we have had to discontinue the free shipping that had been given on some items. The cost of offering that became too expensive.
- INTERNATIONAL ORDERS - International orders NOT going to an APO/FPO require a separate email confirming the recipient AND the billing address with a VALID telephone number. In ALL cases, unless and until this is received the order will be flagged as stolen and will NOT be processed.
RETURNS
- Returns REQUIRE a RMA number which you can REQUEST HERE. INCLUDE YOUR ORDER NUMBER
- The item(s) must be returned in a resellable condition (unless damaged in shipment.)
- Only the purchase price will be refunded. Additionally, in order to keep our prices at their lowest, we charge a 15% restocking fee on non-defective returns and your original shipping and processing charges will not be refunded.
- Refunds are issued by company check within 7 to 10 days of the receipt of the return.
- Refund checks are made in US FUNDS .
- NO refunds will be given on orders processed more than 90 days after being shipped.
